Stealth Drone C – the Recon Drone

Stealth Drone is Tejo's reconnaissance. You throw a drone forward and steer it directly across the map. When you reactivate the ability, it releases a pulse that suppresses and reveals the enemies hit – those affected can't use their abilities for a moment and become visible to your team. Use the drone to scout a site before a push, reveal enemies from a corner and rob them of their utility at the decisive moment.

Special Delivery Q – the Sticky Stun

Special Delivery is Tejo's stun grenade. You throw a sticky grenade that clings to surfaces and explodes – in the alternate fire mode it bounces once first. The explosion stuns enemies in the radius and deals damage to them. A stunned enemy can barely aim – ideal for clearing an angle before the peek or stalling a push. Combine it with your rockets for a safe entry.

Guided Salvo E – the Precision Rockets

Guided Salvo is Tejo's signature ability. You equip an AR targeting system and pick up to two targets on the map; with the alternate fire mode you launch the rockets. They fly automatically into the target area and, on arrival, deal damage with repeated explosions. Because you set the targets across the map, you can hit set standard positions and angles without exposing yourself – perfect for clearing a site before the push.

Armageddon is Tejo's Ultimate and one of the most destructive effects in the game: you equip a targeting map for a tactical bombardment, set a start and an end point and launch the strike. Along the entire attack path a series of explosions goes off that deal lethal damage. Use it to defend a planted Spike, make an entire zone impassable or decide a stalled fight in a single blow.

Playing Tejo Right: Tips for Every Level

Tejo is high-pressure and demanding when it comes to line-up knowledge. These tips take you from “I fire rockets somewhere” to “I clear every site before the push”.

The best way to start with Tejo is the combination of recon and bombardment. Send the Stealth Drone ahead, reveal an enemy and then fire your Guided Salvo onto the revealed position. Also practice Special Delivery: throw the sticky grenade around the corner just before you peek so the enemy is stunned. That way you provide real value right away – without complicated mechanics.

Tejo's true potential lies in set rocket and Ultimate line-ups. For each map, learn how to hit the standard defender positions from a safe distance with Guided Salvo, and memorize the best paths for Armageddon to cover post-plant positions. Use the drone deliberately to reveal enemies right before the rocket strike – that way you also hit foes you can't even see.

On attack, Tejo opens the site with drone and rockets and takes the defenders' angles away. After the plant he's one of the strongest post-plant agents: Guided Salvo and Ultimate cover the standard defuse positions and make defusing extremely dangerous. The best team combinations for Tejo

Tejo is an initiator who combines recon with heavy bombardment – a toolkit that clears whole angles and puts the defenders under pressure. His Stealth Drone reveals and suppresses enemies, which makes him the ideal partner for aggressive duelists: a Jett or Reyna storms into the site exactly when Tejo's drone has exposed and disabled the defenders. His Guided Salvo meanwhile clears the standard angles with automatically impacting rockets.

Especially strong is Tejo's Special Delivery in interplay with entry agents: the sticky grenade stuns and damages the defenders so the push meets exposed enemies. Tejo's strength is the combination of information and bombardment, so take both away. Destroy his Stealth Drone as soon as you see or hear it – without it he lacks the recon and the suppression. Against his Guided Salvo, whose rockets automatically fly into the target area, it helps to leave the marked area in time, because the impact announces itself. Don't stay at predictable positions when you hear his utility.

Against his Special Delivery, a sticky grenade with a stun, it helps to keep distance and avoid the area of effect. The most important counter against his ultimate is to leave the affected area immediately once you hear the bombardment announced – as with all area ultimates, movement is your best defense. And because Tejo is distracted steering his drone or throwing his utility, a fast peek in exactly that moment is rewarding.

His Stealth Drone reveals and suppresses the defenders before the site take, his Guided Salvo clears dangerous angles, and his Special Delivery stuns the enemies on the entry. On defense Tejo uses his utility to spot early attacks and stop rushes. And coordinate your bombardment with the entry – your utility paves the way, but only if your team follows up at the right moment. Use your bombardment deliberately to clear angles or secure a post-plant. The second mistake is not sharing the drone info – your recon only helps if your team knows it.

A third mistake concerns vulnerability while steering the drone: while you fly it, you're motionless and an easy target. Steer your drone from safe cover. And don't forget to coordinate your bombardment with team timing – a cleared site only helps if your team enters at the right moment.
