How we calculate: editions, VP and euros

Every purchasable skin belongs to an edition (tier), and every edition has its fixed list price in the shop. The calculator uses exactly these prices:

*Some Exclusive skins cost more (e.g. Kuronami or the Champions line) – the calculator uses the 2,175 VP base price as a guide value there. The euro conversion is based on the largest VP packages (1,000 VP ≈ €10); details in the VP calculator. Battlepass and standard skins are not included – they never had an individual VP price in the shop.

For context: the calculator shows what your skins would cost in the shop today – not what you could get for them. Valorant skins cannot be sold. The number is still fun: as a collection value, for flexing – or as a wake-up call about what has accumulated over the years.

Calculator vs. app: what is the difference?

This browser calculator is perfect for quickly clicking things together, with nothing to install. But it has a natural limit: you need to know which skins you own. The five editions and their prices

Every skin in Valorant belongs to an edition (also called a "tier" or content stage), and the edition sets the price. These are exactly the standard prices our calculator above uses – here is the full overview including the euro equivalent:

Two quirks are worth knowing. First: melee weapons (knives) traditionally cost double the weapon price of their edition – an Ultra knife sits at 4,950 VP, a Premium knife at 3,550 VP. That is exactly why knives are the most expensive single items in almost every locker. Second: Exclusive is the only edition without a fixed unified price – Riot sets it per collection, typically between 2,175 and 2,675 VP. Our calculator uses the base value for Exclusive and marks the estimate accordingly.

VP to euros: the conversion in detail

You cannot buy Valorant Points individually, only in fixed packs – and the bigger the pack, the cheaper each point gets. Our calculator uses the reference rate of 1,000 VP = €10, i.e. one cent per VP. That matches the middle pack and is the most honest basis for comparison. The actual pack prices at a glance:

The gap between the smallest and the largest pack is around 14 percent – noticeable, but no reason to buy more than you actually want to spend. One practical note: because VP only come in fixed denominations, almost every purchase leaves a remainder on your account. How to save money on skins

Once you know your locker value, you usually want to grow it wisely. Three routes cut the price per skin significantly:

1. The Night Market. Several times a year the Night Market opens and deals you six random, personalized skin offers with discounts between roughly 10 and 47 percent. You cannot influence the selection, but for Premium skins it is by far the cheapest buying opportunity. 2. Bundles over single purchases. At a collection's release, the complete bundle costs far less than the sum of its parts, because the knife and the extras are heavily discounted in the package. The Champions 2025 bundle, for example, would have cost 10,175 VP piece by piece but sold for 6,640 VP as a bundle – more than a third saved. All historical prices are on our bundle prices page.

3. Patience. Skins keep rotating through the daily shop, and many collections return via promotions like Run It Back. Only a few series – above all the Champions bundles – are truly one-time. If you do not want to chase the shop: our shop check shows the current rotation.

What is your locker "really" worth?

An honest framing belongs here: the calculated locker value is a replacement value – what it would cost to buy your collection again today. It is not a resale value. Skins in Valorant cannot be traded, gifted or turned into money; there is no official secondary market, and selling whole accounts violates Riot's terms of service. Still, the replacement value is a fascinating number: it makes visible how much collection has piled up over the years, helps with prioritizing ("do I really need the next bundle?") and is simply a good flex. Most players significantly underestimate their locker value, by the way – especially once battle pass years and event skins add up.

Methodology: how accurate the calculator is

So you know what the final number means, here are the calculation rules in plain language:

Live data instead of static lists. The calculator loads weapons, skins and editions straight from the official Valorant API game data on every visit. New collections appear automatically as soon as Riot adds them – no manually maintained list involved.

Standard prices per edition. We calculate the regular shop price of each edition (table above), with knives at double the weapon price. The calculator does not know about personal discounts from Night Market or bundle purchases – so what you actually paid may be lower than today's replacement value.

Not counted: battle pass skins (not individually purchasable), agent contracts, sprays, buddies and player cards, as well as skin levels and variants unlocked in game with Radianite Points. The calculator counts each skin's base price – if you have fully upgraded many skins, your real investment is even higher.

Your selection stays with you. Whatever you tick in the calculator is stored only locally in your browser. There is no login, no upload, no account – and your selection is still there on your next visit.

Worked examples: three typical lockers

How much money actually sits in a "normal" locker? Three realistic profiles, fully calculated with the standard prices from above:

The examples confirm two patterns almost every locker shows: knives inflate the value disproportionately (the collector profile carries 9,900 VP in just two knives), and after a few years of play most active players land in the mid three-digit euro range almost automatically. The most expensive skins you will meet in the calculator

The top of the price scale gets exclusive fast. The Ultra edition sits at 2,475 VP per weapon – that is where you find the Evori Dreamwings Vandal, for example. In the Exclusive edition the price varies per collection: Glitchpop, Prelude to Chaos and Rogue sit at 2,175 VP, the Kuronami Vandal at 2,375 VP. The Champions weapons of past years hold a special status: they were on sale for only a few weeks and never return – the Champions 2021 Vandal last sold for 2,675 VP and is simply priceless today, because it is unbuyable.

With knives, the amounts double: Ultra knives reach 4,950 VP – around €50 for a single melee weapon. Common pitfalls when adding it all up

So your total holds up in the end, here are the four most common sources of error:

Counting battle pass skins. Battle pass skins deliberately do not appear in the calculator – they have no individual VP price and cannot be re-bought. Your battle pass investment (on average around 1,000 VP per act) comes on top. Details in the battle pass guide.

Forgetting variants. Color variants and levels of a skin are unlocked in game with Radianite – they are not part of the base price. If you have fully upgraded your favorite skins, you have really spent more than the calculator shows. What Radianite costs is on the Radianite page.

Mixing in bundle discounts. The calculator shows replacement at individual prices. If you bought a collection as a bundle, you actually paid less – but today's value of your skins is still the individual price, because that is exactly what you would pay today.

Underrating event one-offs. Champions skins and other time-limited items are counted at their last sale price. Their sentimental value sits far above that for many collectors – after all, nobody can buy them anymore.

Quick start: your locker value in three steps

Step 1 – pick a weapon: At the top of the calculator you will find every weapon from the Classic to the knife. Tap a weapon and the available skins load live from the official game data – preview image and edition included.

Step 2 – tick your skins: Mark everything you own. The search helps with big collections: just type the collection name (say "Reaver" or "Prime") instead of scrolling through hundreds of entries. Your progress is stored locally – so you can pause any time and continue later.

Step 3 – read the value: The calculator sums up live in VP and euros and additionally shows how the value spreads across the editions. Surprised by the result?
